Yep, everything is on schedule, please move along.

I stuffed 90 in all, 35 with BBQ/Smoked meat and the rest with BBQ/Smoked Salmon. Throw a litte red sauce over them put in the oven for a hour and dinner is done. It’s a real pain to make that many but they sure taste good now. While doing that I made about 120qt. of tomato sauce and again pain in the ass but sure taste good now. I planted garlic and shallots for the winter garden and replanted the greenhouse. It’s looking like I might have fresh tomatoes during the winter. In my part of the Cental Valley of Calli we are just getting some rain and it warm. More rain in the mountains than snow but we’ll take what ever we can get. Enjoy.

There was so many thing that need to be taken care after the P was sold because during owning it I had no money but it was fun for awhile. here’s a few pictures of 352lbs of Salmon I purchased to give away to friends and eat. It took me 4 days to cut up and vacuum seal. I bought this in Fort Bragg from wholesaler who buys it off the local boats. If you all lived a little closer I would share well maybe not;) This was the only fun thing the rest was buying stuff that need to be replaced.

I’m waiting around for my new fire place insert, the 29yr old wood stove has died.

I wanted drive a Porsche once more in my life so purchased this car after I was fired from my job. I told myself when it need tires I would sell it. The couple that came on Sat. will own the car this Tuesday if not Monday. When I was young I had a 1957 Porsche Speedster. It was a lot of fun but you drove it for few days then you worked on for few hours.

If this goes through then there is no need to rebuild habit areas, the salt from the ocean/SF Bay will kill the delta. I lived on the southern end of the delta for 7yrs, I was really poor but what a fun place to live.
