I stole the title from this Kos diary.

I’ve been so caught up in negative shit lately … the perception that our government is broken, my job, some other personal shit … that I’ve turned into myself. All our spare cash goes into savings “for the future”. I’ve forgotten just how blessed I am.

I’m going to stop by the mall tonight after work. There’s a “giving tree” there. I’m going to make sure some kid gets something for Christmas.

It’s not much. I know. But better late than never. Better “too little” than “not at all”.
