You may have seen this, by now, but it’s worth bookmarking.
The full title is USA TODAY’s Editorial Board: Trump is ‘unfit for the presidency’
Two choice excerpts:
In the 34-year history of USA TODAY, the Editorial Board has never taken sides in the presidential race. Instead, we’ve expressed opinions about the major issues and haven’t presumed to tell our readers, who have a variety of priorities and values, which choice is best for them. Because every presidential race is different, we revisit our no-endorsement policy every four years. We’ve never seen reason to alter our approach. Until now.
This year, the choice isn’t between two capable major party nominees who happen to have significant ideological differences. This year, one of the candidates — Republican nominee Donald Trump — is, by unanimous consensus of the Editorial Board, unfit for the presidency.
Where does that leave us? Our bottom-line advice for voters is this: Stay true to your convictions. That might mean a vote for Clinton, the most plausible alternative to keep Trump out of the White House. Or it might mean a third-party candidate. Or a write-in. Or a focus on down-ballot candidates who will serve the nation honestly, try to heal its divisions, and work to solve its problems.
Whatever you do, however, resist the siren song of a dangerous demagogue. By all means vote, just not for Donald Trump.
Hillary won… and what will it matter? The cogdis brigade is already blowing it over.
If tRump wins, I won’t be associated with the US any more. I would give up my US citizenship, and good riddance.
If Billary wins, it’s same’ol same’ol, and I’ll see what happens in the next electoral cycles.
Meanwhile I’m counting the number of shootouts per week, the number of drone strikes killing civies, etc.
It’s VERY hard being an uhmerican overseas since… well, Reagan.
I only ask, what is it? 10 seconds in.
It is an interesting thing to live in a college town. Went to an estate sale of a retired psychology professor. Oh gods, that house was full of books.
So in the comment section, to keep the front page pretty, I will list the books this professor had and obviously wanted to sell.

Who hasn’t seen this pic?
Whatta moment, what emotion. Great pic, even if it was a stroke of luck. But just imagine the time and the place, the feelings of one who was afraid of dying, another (perhaps) with the joi de vivre following years of fear… Perhaps an innocent time. In any case, it was another country, when fear was certainly present, but wasn’t so overwhelmingly paranoid.
Still, a great pic, eh? An accidental masterpiece that will live on in history, even if it was of an anonymous pair that purportedly didn’t even know one another – yet shared the same emotion at the same time.
Nothing new (from my usual commentary), but it’s always nice to see someone agree with me.
Perhaps I should have posted it under dems vs repubs?
Is this on the right track?
