The American Dream lives on

    Somewhat related;

    “I also knew from the races in 2010 that I was a likely target of Club for Growth, FreedomWorks and other Super Pacs dedicated to defeating at least one Republican as a purification exercise to enhance their influence over other Republican legislators.”

    I’m still trying to work out what combination of greed, stupidity, racism, neo-”christianity”, gullibility, and … I don’t what else it is that has led people to vote for America to be a worse place for the vast majority of us, year after year, for a generation.

    But it’s a no-brainer that the really, really wealthy want to be even more really, really really wealthy. That’s in the equation, somewhere.

      Krugman mentioned it the other day, and Salon’s been all over it.

      Politicos of “both” stripes are generally corporate whores. And the electorate is as dumb as doorknobs.

    There is no doubt about this report. I tend to agree.
    I find the worst thing about motherhood has been the public school system. I loved motherhood until my son, brilliant and creative, started for school.

    Sis said, in Brasil, there is a line at the grocery store for mothers and their kids, in every store. There they do not place candy racks or gimme stuff in these lanes, but rather stuff that makes motherhood a little easier. I think that should be done here, particularly in places like Target and WalMart.

    I think the Western Civilization hates women!
    Of course, we already know that. Time to end the Dark Ages W. Civ brought to this world.

    Strange, I find I am writing like my sis is still alive.

    The teen pregnancy rate is falling, I have read.
