Yahoo…..

I wasn’t paying attention when Yahoo closed the “news” messageboards, so I don’t know how they went about it.

But on the morning of March 2, the regular Yahoo messageboards were given notice that all boards would be closed on April 1.

Then, on the evening of March 3, before most boards had organized an alternative home, all posting was disabled.

    Huh.

I stopped posting on Yahoo when they closed the format that had the titty and sores boards on it, so it doesn’t affect me, but I remember feeling like I’d lost a family member when they did it.

Anyhoo, if you have a way to invite someone from there to post here, feel free.

I think they just didn’t want us to air our sentiments. Sometimes a thought is like a seed that you can plant in some one else’s mental soil to let it germinate if the thought-soil is fertile. I am pretty sure they didn’t like the questioning of Sandy Hook media issuances as well as other things.

Yahoo and facebook at hooked up now, which means major censoring, while BOTH are currently losing massive amounts of hits these days. Anticipate Facebook to go the direction that myspace did.
