Terrorism and Neo Cons
An act of terrorism is usually carried out by a small group of
dissidents. It is not the official policy of any country. They have no military
force. To attack a nation and all it's inhabitants because some fanatic from
that country blew himself up (or in the case of Iraq, just because) has no
logic, reason, sense, or legal or moral justification. We have a bunch of
radical terrorists in this administration bent on world domination by their own
admission in the National Security Strategy and the Project For A New American
Century (PNAC) report of 2000. Instead of a small group of dissidents, these
fanatics are making it official US national foreign policy and can use US troops
to back it up. That makes them the most dangerous terrorists in the world. Those
who can't see it obviously share their blood-lust, which has obscured their
ability to see what could lie ahead.
Terrorists perform their acts to make a statement. It is in retaliation for a
perceived wrong either to the group they belong to or an ideology. Without the
weapons or the system of delivery to be able to compete militarily, they rely on
guerilla tactics.
The terrorists in the White House are not mainstream Conservative Republicans
but Straussian Neo Cons. These Neo Cons came from the extreme left in the 60s
and are more Trotskyites than Republicans. Instead of just guerilla tactics,
they command the mightiest military force in the history of the world.
1. Neo Cons believe in permanent revolution, violent as well
as intellectual.
2. They want to redraw the map of the Middle East and will
use force to do so.
3. They propose pre-emptive war to achieve their ends.
4. They believe the end justifies the means so that anything
is moral.
5. They strongly endorse an American empire.
6. They believe lying is a necessity by the superior rulers
to the inferior masses.
7. They advocate a powerful federal government rather than
less big government.
8. The believe that using American might to force American
ideals on others is acceptable, and that force should not be limited to the
defense of our country.
9. They hate strict constitutionalists.
10. They endorse limits on civil liberties as necessary to
prevent independent thought which breeds dissent.
11. They think imperialism, if progressive in nature, is
appropriate.
12. They adhere strictly to Leo Strauss' political philosophy
and hold him in high esteem.
Neo Cons endorse situation ethics. What is right and what is wrong depends on
what needs to be done and how.
Peace is looked upon as a peril since it makes discipline less urgent and would
undermine the power of the state.
They feign religiosity because they wish to encourage religious zeal. It is the
fear of God and eternal damnation that causes men to honor their promises and
inspires them to risk their lives in war for the common good. Religion is an
important aspect of the military enterprise and is needed for the discipline of
those who may be hesitant to sacrifice their lives by the thought that they will
be rewarded with a pleasant eternity for serving their country. This thought is
akin to the Muslim belief that sacrificing their life driving the infidels from
the holy land will give them immediate access to heaven.
Michael Ledeen, a current leader of the Neo Con movement praises, "Creative
Destruction, both in our society and abroad." Those countries "must attack us in
order to survive, just as we must destroy them to complete our historic
mission."
These beliefs and the actions taken to fulfill them give a dire vision for the
future of America as we have known it. All Republicans and Conservatives need to
learn more about Straussian Neo Cons and their dangerous ideology, because these
are not your parents' Republicans.
